Refund policy

All of our products are personalised and made to order, so as such, we do not accept returns unless the products are damaged or broken.

Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us with your order number and the issue at info@adored-gifts.co.uk or call 07595 220933.

We will do our utmost to rectify any issues, including re-shipping an item or providing a refund if required.

Please attach any photos if you feel they are relevant to the issue.

We treat any damaged products as a priority and will endeavour to rectify a refund or replacement within 48 hours.

Spelling Mistakes

If you have ordered a personalised product and there is a spelling mistake, we understand how frustrating this can be. We ask all our customers to double-check their spelling before placing an order, but we cannot exchange a product or accept a return if you have uploaded an incorrect name or spelling.

Our staff do look out for any obvious mistakes, and if we see anything we think is wrong, we will contact you. However, if we do miss something, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

Late Orders

We ship all orders within 3 days (normally 2), excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Once shipped, your order should be delivered within 3 days of dispatch. If it is not with you in this timeframe, please check the tracking number you have been sent to track the package. If this does not help, please email us with your order number at info@adored-gifts.co.uk.
