Fast, Friendly Customer Support
During our office hours, Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4:00pm, we aim to respond to most emails, WhatsApp messages and enquiries within one hour.
We also monitor messages during evenings and weekends whenever possible. If you contact us outside office hours, there’s a good chance you’ll still receive a reply the same day. Response times may occasionally be a little longer, but we’ll always get back to you as quickly as we can.
