We know how frustrating it can be not to get a timely response from an online retailer so, we genuinely do our best to answer all emails within a couple of hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

We also try to answer emails at weekends and evenings however we will be a little slower outside normal working hours.

We accept PayPal as well as all major credit and debit cards.

We pride ourselves on reliable, on-time shipping using 24- and 48-hour courier services. However, during peak periods like Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, delivery times may be affected. To ensure your order arrives on time, please consider placing it well in advance.

In the unlikely event one of our products is damaged or we have incorrectly shipped the wrong product to you please contact us at info@adored-gifts.co.uk

If you feel you need to attach pictures regarding  any issue please feel free to do so

We pride ourselves on speed of production and dispatch so once you have placed your order it will only be a few hours until it goes into production. 

Once an order has started production it cannot be changed or cancelled so, please if for any reason you wish to change an order (let’s say you think you spelt a name incorrectly) let us know ASAP by email with your order number toinfo@adored-gifts.co.uk
