However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings. Minor variations may also occur in personalised products due to the nature of custom production.

4. Personalised Products

Many of our products are personalised using the wording, names, dates or details you provide when placing your order.

Please check all personalisation carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, typing errors or incorrect details supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as quickly as possible. As we process orders quickly, we can only make changes if your order has not yet been produced or dispatched.

5. Offensive or Inappropriate Content

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or reject any personalised wording, image, design or content that we consider offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, obscene or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. Your order is accepted when we confirm and process it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment problem, suspected fraud, or an issue with the personalisation supplied.

7. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website.

If an obvious pricing or product error appears on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

8. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

98% of orders are dispatched on the next working day, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Standard delivery normally takes around two working days after dispatch. Next-Day Delivery is available at checkout for £4.95.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, postal disruption, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.

9. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Our liability for lost, delayed or damaged orders is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events, missed occasions or other costs caused by delivery delays.

10. Returns and Refunds

We are confident in the quality of our products and offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, even on personalised items.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Returned items should be sent back in their original condition and packaging where possible. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Cancelling or Changing an Order

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone, email or WhatsApp.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do everything we can to help. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it or make changes.

12. Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and is waterproof, hypoallergenic and resistant to tarnishing with normal use.

To help preserve the finish for longer, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products and abrasive materials where possible. Jewellery should be wiped gently with a soft cloth and stored safely when not being worn.

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, product photography and branding, belongs to Adored Gifts, Express Global Products Limited or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Where you provide wording, images, names, designs or other content for personalisation, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to upload or submit anything unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
