Returned items should be sent back in their original condition and packaging where possible.

We will always aim to put things right quickly, either by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund where appropriate.

Late or Delayed Orders

98% of orders are dispatched on the next working day, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Standard delivery normally takes around two working days after dispatch. Next-Day Delivery is also available at checkout for £4.95.
